Melissa Kemp

Melissa has over 22 years in the financial planning industry. She started as computer programmer and analyst for a market timing investment management firm, before serving 10 years as a Vice President, Business Development, for a major national trust company.

Following her service to these For Profit corporations, she dedicated her next 3 years to the Non-Profit world. As development officer for a major medical foundation, Melissa constructed planned and major gift relationships and transfers on their behalf.

In 1998, Melissa started Premium Administration, LLC and Premium Organization.

Melissa has a BA in economics from the University of Colorado. She is a graduate of Class XVI, Valley Leadership. Her professional designations and licenses include Certified Financial Planner, Accredited Estate Planner, and multiple securities licenses and insurance licenses in Arizona.

Melissa loves the out of doors, and enjoys hiking, camping, and backpacking. In the past 10 years, she has hiked into Macchu Picchu, backpacked through the San Juans in Colorado, the Grand Tetons in Wyoming, the Sierras in Nevada, and Copper Canyon in Mexico. In 2007, Melissa hiked to the base camp of Everest. In 2009, she will be heading up Kilimanjaro.

Elizabeth Reeve-Calley
Vice President Sales & Business Development

Liz has over 35 years experience in banking and finance and has just recently retired from serving 20 years as Vice President, New Business Officer and Administrator with 3 major national trust companies in Arizona. She is a graduate of Northwestern University Trust School and Cannon Trust Sales School.

She currently promotes new business for Premium Administration, LLC and serves as ongoing relationship manager for clients, initially assuring a pleasant and easy transition for their ILIT services.

Liz is an advocate for supporting our troops and currently volunteers for the Veterans Administration Hospital in Phoenix. She loves animals and is an avid off-roader in her Jeep Rubicon. Family is an important part of her life and consists of 5 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.

Heather Magill
Account Manager

Heather has a back ground in software development, systems development and project management. She worked 11 years in the software industry first as a software engineer and then as certified Project Management Professional, she joined Premium Administration, LLC in 2001.

Outside of work, Heather is a jewelry designer and metalsmith and enjoys hiking and camping. She met Melissa on the hiking trip into Macchu Picchu.

Heather has a BS in computer engineering and is a certified Project Management Professional through the Project Management Institute.
